What if I entered the wrong shipping address? 

If you entered the wrong information for your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We'll do our best to change it for you, but we can't guarantee anything in this case as our orders are processed and shipped very quickly after purchase. 

What if I want to cancel my order? 

If you change your mind, please contact us at contact@oxydeep.com in maximum 10 hours after you place the order. Still, we don't guarantee that we will manage to cancel it on time, before it is shipped from our warehouse. 

How many days do I have until I can return my product? 

We allow you to return the product for free after 30 days you receive it. But we promise you that you will love it! 

What happens if my package is lost or damaged? 

For both cases, we will resend you a new product at no additional costs. So don't worry about this, we will take care for you. 

How much is the shipping cost? 

We offer FREE shipping on orders over $90. We will charge $8.90 for US and $9.95 worldwide. 

What are my payment options?

Currently, we only accept online payment such as PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, AmericanExpress and Discover. Unfortunately, cash at delivery or personal checks will not be accepted. 

How can I track my order?

After your order will be shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email which will contain shipment details and a tracking number.
